| Die Beschriftung der Sammlung lautet: PSS. Die Sammlung wurde während der sog. Nayarit-Expedition aufgenommen. Sie umfaßt zwei Teile: Teil 1 (W. 1 - 52) wurde bei den Cora, Teil 2 (W. 53 - 96) bei den Huichol aufgenommen. Eine eigene Dokumentation fehlt, es existieren Aufschriften auf den Walzendosen und die von Preuss notierten Texte. Die W. 19, 55 und 67 wurden als Nr. 65 - 67 in die Dem. coll. aufgenommen. Kurzer Briefwechsel liegt vor Zu den Cora Texten: Die Diktate von Preuss sind erhalten, stimmen jedoch nicht exakt mit den Aufnahmen überein. Die Diktate der Huichol-Texte sind verlorengegangen. Transkriptionen einiger Stücke von Hornbostel in Preuss (1912) und Ziehm (1976). W. 67 ist veröffentlicht auf der LP FE 4175. W. 24 ist veröffentlicht auf der CD 100 Jahre (1/32). |
