| Lt. Brief vom 31.7.14 an Hornbostel handelt es sich bei den von Bergsträßer aufgenommenen Walzen um "arabische und aramäische Prosatexte sowie arabische Lieder". Offensichtlich wurde nur ein Teil der Walzen (die Musikaufnahmen?) nach Berlin geschickt und galvanisiert. Briefwechsel aus den Jahren 1929/1930 macht deutlich, daß 1930 weitere Aufnahmen gemacht werden sollten. Der restliche Teil der Sammlung befindet sich in der Universität München und wurde vom Wiener Phonogrammarchiv digitalisiert. |
